Shipping Policy

Products are shipped via ACS Courier, with delivery currently available only within Cyprus.

 

Shipping Costs with ACS Courier:

👉 Home Delivery: Shipping fees start at €6.00 for up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1.00.

👉 Store Pickup: Shipping fees start at €4.50 for up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1.00.

Shipping costs are borne by the recipient. All prices include VAT.

 

Delivery Timeframe:

Once we receive and confirm your order, and provided product availability, it will be prepared for dispatch to the courier company within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), following full payment.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other instances of force majeure that may impact transportation and delivery timelines.
