Return and Refund Policy – Elmar Natural Products

 

Product Returns:

At Elmar Natural Products, we understand that you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we respect your right to return the product received. You are entitled to return any products purchased through our online store under the following terms and conditions:

·         The product must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, with packaging intact and free of any signs of use or damage.

·         The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns made beyond this period cannot be accepted.

·         A valid purchase receipt (invoice) in the name of the original buyer must be presented for the return to be accepted.

Order Cancellation:

Return of Incorrect Product:

If an incorrect product has been sent, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unaltered condition and packaging. Return of Defective Product:

In the case of a defective product, you have the right to return it for a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you. Note that Elmar Natural Products assumes no responsibility for damages as all products are received directly from suppliers in sealed packaging.

 

Refunds:

In the case of a refund, the amount will be issued according to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon with the customer. Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product at Elmar Natural Products.
